[MNL] Web VNC unavailable

CloudSigma would like to inform you that the WebVNC feature through the "Display VNC" button in the CloudSigma WebApp in Manila 1 cloud is location is unavailabe. VNC is still usable via the "VNC URL" feature with 3rd party clients.
