CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled Network maintenance in our Riyadh cloud was successfully completed. We replaced a faulty network card of one of our core routers. The actual works took 50 minutes.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: No interruption or degraded performance was observed during the maintenance within the network infrastructure.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Riyadh cloud. We will be replacing a faulty network card of one of our core routers. The actual works are planned to take no longer than 1 hour in total.
All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: We expect no impact on running VMs during the maintenance.
