Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma
Completed
CloudSigma would like to inform that the scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Zurich cloud is completed with success. During the maintenance, we moved the network equipment from the old cabinet to the new one.

All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a short interruption of the public network occurred, for about 5 minutes. The total duration of the maintenance works was around 30 minutes.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are preparing a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Zurich cloud. This maintenance is one of the last stages of the ongoing cloud migration, and we are moving network equipment from the current cabinet to the new one.

All support activities are being conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a short interruption of the public network could occur, for about 5 minutes. The total duration of the maintenance works is to be around 4 hours.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
