CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our upstream Internet Service Providers (ISPs), in Frankfurt, successfully performed maintenance of their network infrastructure.
IMPACT: There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services, as our equipment has the required level of redundancy.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Zurich, Geneva and Franfkurt cloud locations, is going to perform a planned maintenance of their network. During the maintenance, our provider will perform a software upgrade on their interconnection platform.
The previous message indicated a potential downtime of up to 240 minutes. However, this will only apply to the specific ISP (DE-CIX) undergoing maintenance. We would like to assure you that due to our network redundancy, our network administrator will re-route traffic through our secondary line, which will not be affected by this maintenance. As a result, no service impact is expected.
