ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance of our VMware Cloud Director databases in the Riyadh cloud location has been completed. The actual work took 10 minutes in total.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, there was no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, and/or any other running services, besides customers being unable to access the VMware Cloud Director.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform scheduled maintenance of our VMware Cloud Director databases in the Riyadh cloud location. The actual work is planned to take no longer than 1 hour in total.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, customers will not be able to access the VMware Cloud Director throughout the maintenance window.
