CloudSigma would like to inform you that Stage 1 of the scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in the Honolulu cloud location is completed with success. More precisely, we upgraded the OS version of our core routers.
We also would like to announce that Stage 2 will be postponed with one day, and it will take place on 2020-06-25, 07:00 UTC.
All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
During the work on Stage 1, there was no interruption to the public network. The actual maintenance took 6 hours in total.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
