CloudSigma would like to inform you that the second stage of the scheduled Network maintenance in our Riyadh cloud was completed. The goal was to replace the core switches in our infrastructure.
All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s operations staff.
During the maintenance, two compute hosts encountered network issues. Тhe machines running on these compute nodes were power-cycled and brought to a proper state on stable hosts. We informed the affected customers personally. Other than that, а few short public network interruptions were observed. The actual maintenance works took a total of 11 hours.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
