Investigating

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we have identified a bug affecting our free-tier subscriptions. We are currently investigating the root cause, but there is a possibility that some accounts may be subject to an attempted charge if a payment method is saved or if the account has available credit.

Please rest assured that the free tier is intended to be completely free of charge. Any unintended charges will be promptly cancelled and refunded. We are treating this issue with high priority and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible to prevent any charges from being processed.
