Cloudsigma would like to inform you that the planned network maintenance we performed was successfully completed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled Network maintenance in our Zurich cloud was completed with success. The actual works took less than the initially announced 8 hours. The whole maintenance took approximately 80 minutes to be completed.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.
IMPACT: No interruption or degraded performance was observed during the maintenance within the network infrastructure. While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

ANNOUNCEMENT: CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance on our Network infrastructure in the Zurich cloud. More particularly, our network engineers will be working on the private connection to the storage cluster. As such, the planned works will not affect the public network connectivity of the customers’ virtual servers.
IMPACT: The actual maintenance is scheduled to take around 8 hours in total. During the maintenance works there will not be any interruption in the public network.
