[MEL] Storage Cluster Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma
The maintenance works were concluded with success. The software governing the storage cluster was updated and the system is operating at peak efficiency. Previously reported issues were addressed and resolved. The total duration of the maintenance was 30 minutes. No impact was observed on any running servers in the cloud environment.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the Melbourne cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the underlying software of the storage cluster. This update will address some issues that tend to cause delays in certain operations. All scheduled tasks are expected to complete within 3 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

During the maintenance, a brief delay may occur with some storage operations. Aside from that effect, no impact is expected on the already running machines in our environment.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
