CloudSigma would like to inform you that the hardware maintenance at our Monterrey cloud location has been completed. During the maintenance, we installed new hardware in the cloud.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that, unfortunately, the previous notification included an incorrect start time. Please note that the correct start time is 10:00 AM Mexican time, which corresponds to 16:00 UTC. The earlier message mistakenly indicated 10:00 AM UTC as the start time.

The maintenance works will begin in 30 minutes and are expected to end at 23:00 UTC. We will keep you updated on the progress.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the incorrect information in the earlier notification.
