CloudSigma would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on the API server in our Geneva/Zurich cloud location. The purpose of this maintenance is to complete the decommissioning of the former API endpoint, zrh.cloudsigma.com, following the migration to gva.cloudsigma.com on 19 September 2026. This maintenance will ensure that all API requests are handled exclusively through the new endpoint, gva.cloudsigma.com, and that the previous endpoint is permanently decommissioned.
IMPACT: There will be no impact on existing or running virtual machines, hosts, network connectivity, or other running customer services.
However, the following temporary service interruptions are expected during the maintenance: API and Web Interface: Customers will be unable to make API requests, either directly or through the Web Interface, for approximately 15 minutes. Payments and Notifications: Payment initiation and notification services will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 5 minutes while the related services are updated.
Once the maintenance is completed, the API will be accessible exclusively through gva.cloudsigma.com. The previous endpoint, zrh.cloudsigma.com, will no longer be available.
Customers who are still using the previous API endpoint should ensure that their integrations and configurations are updated to use gva.cloudsigma.com to avoid connectivity issues after the maintenance.
