[MNL] API Server Maintenance: Stage 2

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we the scheduled maintenance of our API server in the Manila cloud location was successfully completed. The actual work took about 40 minutes

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were not able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 5 minutes.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our API server in the Manila cloud location. The actual works for Stage 2 are planned to take no longer than 1 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
The actual maintenance will be done on two stages.

Stage 2:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 5 minutes. Also, a brief interruption on the web interface may occur.
