[ZRH] Storage Cluster Upgrade
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma
Completed
CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned maintenance of our storage cluster in the Zurich cloud location was completed successfully. This maintenance was the first step to the multi-clustering environment on the storage side that will provide us the ability to live-migrate your data to the new datacenter in Equinix ZH5. On stage 2, we will also have the capability to deploy your drives on separated storage clusters within the same storage tier. All scheduled tasks took around 135 minutes in total in total.

All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, no unexpected events occurred and there was no impact on running VMs.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
