CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned maintenance of our storage cluster in the Riyadh cloud location has been completed. During the maintenance software upgrade for some boxes sustaining the storage cluster was performed.

All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on running VMs.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning a scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the Riyadh cloud location. The maintenance entails a software upgrade for some boxes sustaining the storage cluster. All scheduled tasks are expected to take ~4 days in total.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on running VMs, so no actions are required from your end.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
