Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that the emergency maintenance of our API server has been completed. We would like to notify you that, rather than reverting to the previous API version, we discovered a solution in the time between the bug's discovery and the maintenance start window, which was validated in the testing environment and then applied to the production environment.
IMPACT: There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were unable to perform calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption of the web interface occurred.
