CloudSigma would like to inform you that Stage 1 of the scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in San Jose has been completed. The actual maintenance took 5 hours.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: During the maintenance, an interruption in the public network may occurred for a few minutes.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

ANNOUNCEMENT: CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in the San Jose cloud. More precisely, we will be upgrading the OS version of our core routers.
All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: During the maintenance, an interruption in the public network may occur for a few minutes. Each maintenance stage is scheduled to take no longer than 5 hours.
