CloudSigma would like to inform you that our ISP has performed a firmware upgrade on one of the peering switches in Zurich. All peers were be disconnected during this period. This maintenance aims to upgrade the switch and improve its stability.

IMPACT:
For the duration of this maintenance, we switched our network routing via our backup line.
Therefore, no impact was monitored for the customers’ servers, drives, networks, etc.

All Support activities were carried out under direct supervision by the dev-ops staff.

Maintenance works such as this aim to ensure the quality of our services and we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
