CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers in San Jose is planning on performing a scheduled maintenance of their network. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take 6 hours in total. The purpose of this work is to apply and activate software module upgrades on code running on the core and edge routers per the manufacturer's recommendations.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s Support and Operations staff.

IMPACT:
During this maintenance window, you will experience two brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities; the first interruption is expected to last about 30 minutes and the second will be 15 minutes for about 15 minutes total. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
