CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do a scheduled maintenance of our switches in Honolulu. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 3 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.

IMPACT:
There may be a brief interruption of the network connectivity during the maintenance up to 2 minutes, which may be observed as packet loss for running VMs. Also short interruption on the web interface may occur.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
