CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers is planning to do a scheduled maintenance of our network infrastructure. The actual change is scheduled to take no longer than 6 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance there will be no impact on customer infrastructure.

The maintenance will be to improve the stability of the infrastructure which will prevent future service interruptions to customer services.

This operation will not impact any customer’s running virtual machines, services, network operations and/or any other operations, as the traffic will be rerouted through the other internet service providers.
