CloudSigma would like to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance of our WebApp. The actual maintenance is expected to take no longer than 60 minutes in total. During this time the WebApp may be not accessible for about 10 minutes. It includes a full WebApp version upgrade which includes a number of speed and usability improvements.

The old version will be still accessible via the following URL: https://hnl.cloudsigma.com/ui/2.0/ for a limited time period. Feedback on the new interface is welcome.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on running virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance customers will not be able to perform any calls through the web interface (panel) for about 10 minutes. Also the webapp itself may become unavailable for a short period.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance to ensure the ongoing quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
