ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do a scheduled maintenance of our API infrastructure. The actual change is scheduled to take no longer than 1 hour in total.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance the UI and the API might be inaccessible for about 20 minutes. There will be no packet loss or impact on customers running virtual machines, drives and/or any other operations.

Please accept our apologies if this maintenance will cause any inconveniences to you and/or your daily operation.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
