ISP Network Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma
Completed
CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Zurich, Frankfurt and Geneva cloud location, successfully performed emergency maintenance of their network. The actual works took 10 hours in total.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s Support and Operations staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance there was no decreased capacities between Europe and the US, potentially leading to partial packet loss for traffic passing over the interconnect. Our engineers were ready to implement re-routing if necessary so that the impact on the network connectivity would be minimized as much as possible.
