CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Honolulu cloud was successfully completed .
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

The actual maintenance is scheduled to took no longer than 3 hours in total.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Honolulu cloud. To be more specific, the data center provider DRFortress will be performing maintenance on its core network infrastructure.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, public network interruptions (packet loss) may occur for a very short period of time as traffic automatically reroutes due to our full network redundancy. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 3 hours in total.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
