[HNL] Emergency ISP Network Maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers for the Honolulu cloud location, successfully performed emergency maintenance of their network. More precisely, they performed hardware upgrades and the corresponding tests after the upgrades. The actual work took 3 hours in total.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a brief interruption occurred while the traffic was rerouted through our second line.

While it is important such maintenance to be performed to ensure the quality of our services. We do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
