CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Clark cloud is extended with 1 hourCloudSigma would like to inform you that our internet service providers for the Clark cloud location, completed the planned maintenance of their network. The actual works took 11 hours and 40 minutes in total. During the maintenance, our provider installed a new router with DC supply. This will provide an improved resiliency and higher service availability.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
During the maintenance, there was a public network interruption for about 30 minutes.
While it is important such maintenance to be performed, as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
