CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Clark cloud location, is going to perform a planned maintenance of their network. The actual works are scheduled to take 9 hour in total. The maintenance aims to provide a permanent solution by installing a new router with DC supply. This will provide an improved resiliency and higher service availability.
All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s Support and Operations staff.
During the maintenance, there will be a public network interruption for about 30 minutes. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 9 hours in total.
While it is important such maintenance to be performed, as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
