CloudSigma would like to inform you that we have performed an emergency maintenance of the magnetic storage in Riyadh. We have replaced a faulty disk, part of the storage cluster.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: There was no impact on the already existing/running customer’s virtual machines. The maintenance took 1 hour and 15 minutes in total.
