[SJC] Power Maintenance

Alpha 3 Cloud would like to inform you that a scheduled Power maintenance of our infrastructure in the San Jose cloud location was performed. During the maintenance, the power distribution units, which were part of our infrastructure, were replaced.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on any of the existing servers, drives, or networking, as the equipment has the required level of redundancy. The actual works took 6 hours in total.

While it is important for Alpha 3 Cloud to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

Alpha 3 Cloud would like to inform you that we are going to perform a scheduled Power maintenance of our infrastructure in the San Jose cloud location. During the maintenance, we will be replacing the power distribution units, which are part of our infrastructure.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by Alpha 3 Cloud’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on any of the existing servers, drives, or networking, as the equipment has the required level of redundancy. The actual works are expected to take up to 6 hours in total.
