Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma

CloudSigma would like to inform you that Stage 1 of the scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in Riyadh has been completed. The actual maintenance took 5 hours.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, an interruption in the public network occurred for a few minutes.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in the Riyadh cloud location. More precisely, we will upgrade the OS version of our core routers.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a short interruption in the public network may occur while the traffic gets re-routed. The scheduled works are going to take no longer than 5 hours.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
