[RUH] Network Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma
Completed
CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in the Riyadh cloud location was successfully completed. During the maintenance, we upgraded the OS version of one of our core routers.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, no interruption in the public network has been observed. The scheduled works took 4 hours and 30 minutes.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure in the Riyadh cloud location. More precisely, we will upgrade the OS version of our core routers.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a short interruption in the public network may occur while the traffic gets re-routed. The scheduled works are going to take no longer than 5 hours.
