[MEL] Power Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma
Completed
Cloudsigma would like to inform you that the scheduled power maintenance in the Melbourne DataCenter was successfully completed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
During the works, additional circuit breakers were installed as a needed measure for increasing the power redundancy.

IMPACT:
During the today's works, there was an unexpected event, which led to a short service interruption. The issue did not affect our whole infrastructure, but a couple of compute hosts. In order to minimize the downtime, our Support team healed and started the affected VMs on the stable nodes. The whole event continued about 50 minutes before the power to be restored.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Support will remain at your disposal at all times, via email and LiveChat should you require assistance.

We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
