[RUH] Storage Cluster Upgrade
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudSigma

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we performed a scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the Riyadh cloud location. The maintenance aimed to upgrade the storage cluster version. All scheduled tasks took 5 hours and 42 minutes in total.

All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, the read latency was slightly increased, but it did not cause any service disruptions.

Dear Valued Customers,

The storage cluster maintenance of our Riyadh cloud will be extended by 4 hours. The manual work was already completed, but the rebalancing process is taking longer than expected, which necessitates the maintenance window to be extended.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the Riyadh cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the storage cluster version. All scheduled tasks are expected to take 2 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
The anticipated impact will manifest as an increase in the max read latency and is not expected to cause any service disruptions.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
