CloudSigma would like to inform you that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance in our Zurich cloud location. The purpose of the maintenance is replacing failed switch due to hardware bug.

This planned maintenance is not service affecting due to the redundancy in our network. No impact is expected for running VMs, storage nodes or network connections.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s operations staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance there will be no impact on running VMs, storage nodes and network connections.

The maintenance will be in two stages. In the first one we will be adding physically another switch to our infrastructure. In the second stage we will be configuring it.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
