CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers in San Jose is planning on performing a scheduled maintenance of their network. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take 15 minutes in total. The purpose of this is emergency work due to degradation of network element (fault repair).

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s Support and Operations staff.

IMPACT:
During this maintenance window, you will experience one brief interruption in service while we complete the maintenance activities for about 5 minutes total.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
