Incident Report for CloudSigma
Resolved
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we experienced packet loss for external access to our LVS cloud location this afternoon. The issue is now resolved but during the above mentioned window you may have experienced difficulties accessing virtual machines within the LVS cloud.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.

IMPACT:
This event affected the network connection to our cloud in Las Vegas. There was no direct impact to running virtual machines, drives and/or any other operations.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the caused inconvenience.

We will update you as soon as we have more information on the root cause of the network issue.
