CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned API maintenance in Washington was completed successfully. The maintenance works took an hour and 31 minutes. During this time frame the API has been accessible.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s dev-ops staff.

IMPACT:
There was no impact.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

ANNOUNCEMENT: API Server Maintenance
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do a scheduled maintenance of our API servers in Washington. The maintenance works are expected to take 2 hours in total. During this time frame the API may be not accessible for a total of around 15 minutes.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s dev-ops staff.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing customers' virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (UI) for about 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption on the web interface may occur.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
