CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned scheduled upgrade of our storage cluster in Honolulu is completed. The actual change took 2 hours in total.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance there was be some slight delay on some storage operations and some frozen storage operations for about a second during storage node reboots. There was no other impact on the running VMs.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled upgrade of our storage cluster in Honolulu. The actual change is scheduled to take no longer than 2 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance there might be some slight delay on some storage operations and some frozen storage operations for about a second during storage node reboots. There will be no other impact on the running VMs, so no actions are needed from your end. This patch is running successfully in other locations for more than a month.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
