CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our compute Hosts. The actual maintenance is expected to take no longer than 3 hours in total. The purpose of this maintenance is to enhance the network configuration which will improve the performance and stability of the host.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s Operations staff.

IMPACT:
There may be a brief interruption of the network connectivity during the maintenance (for up to few seconds) which may be observed as packet loss for running VMs.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
