CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do a maintenance of our AMD hosts in Honolulu. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 1 hour in total. During this time frame we will be installing a client which will prepare the hosts for the upgrade of our storage system.
All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.
IMPACT:
We expect there to be no impact on existing customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. In the unlikely event an issue arises, we may reboot the affected host and return the VMs to their previous state.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
