The maintenance completed successfully. During the maintenance for less than 5 minutes some customer’s virtual machines lost network connectivity. There was no data loss/corruption and/or any other service disruption.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance to the software of one of our switches. The actual change is scheduled to take no longer than 1 hour in total.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance for about 5 minutes some customer’s virtual machines might lose network connectivity. There will be no data loss/corruption and/or any other service disruption.
