As part of our LiveChat provider Zopim routine infrastructure upgrade and redundancy testing, system maintenance will be scheduled on 20th September 2015.

Start: 4:00 am, Sunday, 20th Sept (UTC)
End: 6:00 am, Sunday, 20th Sept (UTC)

Impact: During the two-hour maintenance period, you may experience partial or full service disruption on both the chat widget and dashboard.

Best case scenario: Chats could be disconnected momentarily but they can be resumed after a refresh.

Worst case scenario: Users could be disconnected throughout the duration of the outage for a maximum of 20 minutes. Closed chats won’t reconnect automatically.
