Date and Time Maintenance Ends: 2016-12-16, 13:00 UTC; 2016-12-16 05:00 PST

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance in our San Jose cloud location. The purpose of the maintenance is pre configuration the switches and fixing the network performance.The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 7 hours in total. During this time frame there will be several network disruptions.




All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.


IMPACT:
There will be several disruptions of the network connectivity during the maintenance that will take no longer than 5 minutes each but there will be no impact on running VMs, storage nodes.



While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
