Resolved
The issue is resolved. We have rerouted the traffic as it seems to be an issue with one of our main internet providers. This event affected partially the internet network connection to VMs in our cloud in Zurich. There was no impact on running virtual machines, storage nodes and/or any other services.

Update
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we experiencing packet loss for external access to our ZRH cloud location. Customers may experience difficulties accessing virtual machines within the ZRH cloud.
