[HNL] ISP Network Maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that the performed network maintenance of one of our upstream Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Honolulu is completed. The actual maintenance took 20 hours in total.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.

IMPACT:
There was a brief interruption of the network connectivity during the maintenance up to 2 minutes, which was observed as packet loss for running VMs. Also short interruption on the web interface occur.

Update
CloudSigma would like to inform you that network maintenance performed by one of our upstream Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Honolulu is taking longer than expected. The maintenance will take another 8 hours.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.
