CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our routers in Miami. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 120 minutes in total. During this time for about 60 minutes the services may be intermittently not accessible.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance for about 60 minutes customers will not be able to perform any operations, directly or through the web interface (panel). Also short interruption on the web interface will occur.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
