ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our storage nodes in Miami. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 7 hours in total. During this time for about 2 hours the storage nodes may be intermittently not accessible.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance for about 2 hours customers will not be able to perform any operations with the drives, directly or through the web interface (panel).

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

URGENT NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances we are forced to start the maintenance a day earlier. The time window is still between 3 PM and 10 PM. However, due to an instability in the storage node, the maintenance operation begins today 27th Jan., not 28th.
